About the Opportunity
As Digital & AI Marketing Manager at Scoop, you’ll take ownership of strategic GTM initiatives that directly impact revenue growth and expansion into new markets. This role is built for someone equal parts analyst, planner, and hands-on operator. You’ll be expected to design programs, get team and leadership feedback, test quickly, learn from data, and scale what works with the freedom to lead your projects and the accountability to deliver results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of driving growth in fast-paced environments who thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Customer Journey Automation
Design and manage lifecycle campaigns that guide prospects and customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion, using automation and AI to deliver timely, personalized engagement.
AI-Powered Content Production
Create and scale customer-facing content with the help of AI tools, ensuring messaging is consistent, tailored, and easy to repurpose across multiple channels.
GTM Growth Campaigns
Develop and execute creative, multi-touch campaigns to reach new ICPs and support upmarket expansion, working closely with Sales and CS to align efforts with revenue goals.
Customer Communications & Advocacy
Lead customer communications across email, newsletters, and product updates while building programs that highlight success stories, encourage advocacy, and strengthen market positioning.
Product Marketing Support
Translate product updates into clear, customer-centric communications and enablement content that drive adoption and support self-serve usage.
Webinar Operations
Plan and execute customer-facing webinars and spotlight programs that showcase expertise, share customer success, and build brand credibility.
Tool Evaluation and Adoption
Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing tools, assess their potential impact, and guide internal adoption to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a top-tier university or program.
- Some experience in growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
- Can connect marketing initiatives directly to GTM strategy, revenue growth, and expansion into new ICPs.
- Interest or experience experimenting with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Mutiny, HubSpot AI).
- Understanding of how AI and workflow automation enhance personalization, efficiency, and scale.
- Comfortable using analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4) to evaluate campaign performance. Can interpret results, pivot fast, and scale what works.
- Strong project management skills to oversee all aspects of webinar production, including planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, compelling messages.
- Strong attention to detail in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to shifting priorities in a startup setting.
