About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact, consultative sales role for a driven B2B SaaS Account Executive looking to make a mark in the solar and renewable energy sector. As an AE at Scoop Robotix, you will engage mid-market renewable energy firms, conducting effective discovery calls, identifying key pain points, and guiding prospects through the sales process with engaging demos that showcase our CRM-like platform’s value. Success in this role requires strong discovery skills, the ability to balance listening and educating, and a structured sales approach based on best practices like MEDDIC or similar consultative methodologies.

💰 OTE Range: $150K-$200K (annual quota of $1M ARR)

Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Lead prospects through the entire sales process from initial discovery to contract signing, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Consultative Selling: Quickly assess prospects’ business needs, identify pain points, and craft tailored solutions that showcase the value of Scoop Robotix’s technology.
  • Technical Demos: Conduct engaging presentations and demos that resonate with both technical and executive stakeholders. You will guide conversations on high-level platform configurations and technical integrations, leveraging your understanding of the company products and collaborating with internal product experts as needed.
  • High-Volume Engagement: Drive a robust pipeline, conducting 100+ meetings and demos per month while maintaining exceptional follow-up and a focus on next steps.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze sales performance data, run reports, and implement innovative strategies to improve conversion rates. Share actionable insights to enhance team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize the sales funnel and ensure a seamless prospect experience.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to engage prospects and industry stakeholders, positioning Scoop Robotix as a leader in the renewable energy software space.
  • Onboarding Roadmap Development: Work closely with sales solutions specialists and technical stakeholders to develop customized onboarding roadmaps for customers. Leverage deep product knowledge and a consultative approach to navigate technical complexities, ensuring alignment with customer goals.
  • Opportunity Tracking: Maintain an up-to-date record of deal progress within the CRM to provide a clear view of the sales pipeline. This includes documenting key interactions, next steps, and customer insights to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales development or Account Executive roles, ideally in technical product environments (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management platforms).
  • Sales Excellence: Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles, engaging technical and executive stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Acumen: While coding skills are not required, a strong understanding of APIs and the ability to discuss technical solutions with buyers is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly in demos, meetings, and workshops.
  • Consultative Approach: Demonstrated success in identifying client pain points and delivering value-driven, tailored solutions.
  • Results-driven: Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Experience analyzing sales data to optimize processes and improve conversion rates.
  • High-Volume Sales: Comfortable managing 100+ meetings and demos monthly while maintaining high-quality engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Proven ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and post-sale experiences.
