Scoop is looking for a Solution Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to existing and prospective customers. In addition to providing live technical support during the sales, onboarding and post-sales phases, this person will use his/her in-depth product knowledge and to create effective help content including how-to guides, blog posts, tutorials and other content.

About the Team
The Solution Specialist will be working across across the sales, support and product management teams. On a regular basis this person works with the product manager to learn about the product roadmap and soon-to-be released features and prepares necessary technical help resources and materials. Additionally the solution specialist will be responsible for responding to requests from members of our sales and account management team and preparing responses, presentations and demonstrations to answer prospective and existing customer technical needs.
